The position is fully remote and eligible for candidates in PA, MD, VA, DC, FL, GA. Responsibilities include updating records, confirming insurance details, answering inquiries, and coordinating with clinics.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel; accurate data entry.
• HIPAA compliance and patient privacy awareness; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls with high-quality service.
• Handle inquiries, schedule and reschedule appointments.
• Update patient demographics and verify insurance info.
• Make outbound calls to patients and clinics as needed.
• Process online appointment requests and emails.
• Coordinate with clinics and departments for seamless care.
• Maintain calm, professional communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Adhere to HIPAA and protect patient privacy.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
