ReFocus Eye Health is seeking a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our remote East Coast call center. You will be the first point of contact for patients, guiding them from the initial phone call through appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.

In this fast-paced role, you will manage high volumes of calls with grace, verify insurance eligibility, coordinate referrals, and maintain accurate patient records across multiple systems.

• Proactive Patient Communication: Call patients to remind them of upcoming appointments and ensure they have all the necessary information.
