Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Able to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Must be customer service oriented, empathetic and patient.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customers, understand needs and resolve issues.
• Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks.
• Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade.
• Explain and position products and processes with customers.
• Elevate customer dissatisfaction to management as needed.
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling.
