Job summary

Oak Street Health in the United States is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to drive outbound telemarketing efforts and patient acquisition from a fully remote setting. You will participate in a mandatory 4-week training, 8 am–5:30 pm, Mon–Fri, and support call center operations with a focus on reaching daily and monthly quotas.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to navigate multiple systems, and familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.
• Ability to learn new technology and use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and meet quotas.
• Other duties, as assigned.
