Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team and drive patient acquisition through outbound telemarketing. This full-time role includes a mandatory 4-week training, daily 8:00–5:30 schedule, and 5am–7pm call center hours with potential changes based on business needs.

You will make 300+ outbound calls daily, qualify prospects, schedule initial doctor appointments, and work toward monthly quotas while leveraging Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center outbound sales or telemarketing.
• Base + bonus salary structure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's value proposition
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, questioning, overcoming objections, and closing
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve quotas
• Other duties as assigned (as needed)
