Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. This full-time role focuses on outbound telemarketing to prospective patients and achieving daily/weekly quotas in a fast-paced health sales environment.

You will participate in a mandatory 4-week training, 8 am–5:30 pm, and join call center operations from 5 am to 7 pm, Mon-Sat. A base salary plus bonus and Salesforce experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• High School diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in call center or telemarketing.
• Able to hit outbound call targets and quotas.
• Comfort with base plus bonus compensation.
• Proficient in learning new technology and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, communication, qualification questioning, overcoming objections, and closing
• Understand Medicare Basics and insurance
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas
• Other duties, as assigned
