Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I for full-time, remote work. You will conduct outbound telemarketing to prospective patients, build rapport, and drive patient acquisition while meeting daily quotas.

Training is 4 weeks, 8 am–5:30 pm weekdays; center hours 5 am–7 pm Mon-Sat. A high school diploma is required, Salesforce experience preferred, and a base + bonus compensation plan applies.

Qualifications

• Outbound call center or telemarketing experience.
• Base + bonus salary structure.
• Ability to learn new technology and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and achieve daily/weekly/monthly quotas.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Other duties, as assigned.
