Oak Street Health in the United States is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. This full-time role focuses on outbound telemarketing to recruit new patients and support revenue growth while training to master our sales process.

Successful candidates will complete a mandatory 4-week training, operate during extended hours, and meet daily quotas using Salesforce and other systems. A strong work ethic and reliable home setup are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• Experience in call center or telemarketing is a plus.
• Base + bonus compensation structure is offered.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and work to convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's value proposition.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
• Provide excellent listening and communication to prospects.
• Maintain multiple systems and CRM while talking with prospects.
