Oak Street Health is seeking a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. This full-time role focuses on outbound telemarketing to recruit new patients, with mandatory training and a 5am–7pm schedule.

Expect to exceed daily call quotas and grow revenue while delivering a compassionate health experience. The role requires strong communication, reliable time management, and proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Outbound telemarketing and call center experience.
• Proven ability to meet outbound quotas and convert prospects into patients.
• Comfortable in a base + bonus salary structure.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert them to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street Health's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building and closing.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments with new patients and meet quotas.
• Other duties as assigned.
