Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Sales Call Center Representative I to join our remote team. This full-time role focuses on outbound telemarketing to convert prospective patients and drive patient acquisition.

You will complete a mandatory 4-week training, 8 am–5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and operate in a call center with hours 5 am–7 pm, Monday through Saturday. Strong communication, time management, and Salesforce familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Call center outbound sales experience or telemarketing.
• Proficient in learning new technology and communication tools.
• US work authorization.
• Base plus bonus salary structure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients.
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily and convert to new patients.
• Understand patient needs and articulate Oak Street's proposition.
• Utilize sales skills including rapport building, listening, and closing.
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance.
• Schedule initial doctor appointments and meet quotas.
