Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a division of Gallagher, is seeking call center representatives to support our sales team by handling inbound calls, directing calls to appropriate queues, and following scripts for partnerships.

This fully remote, contingent role offers two shifts (9am-6pm EST and 10am-7pm EST) and starts 9/28/26, ending 1/15/2027, with equipment provided. Pay is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• 1–2 years call center sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
• Transfer calls to proper queues or individuals.
• Follow the LIG call script for each type of partnership and call we receive and make.
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements for call compliance. Ensuring DNC List compliance requests.
