Job summary

Gallagher is seeking call center representatives to support our sales team in generating opportunities, handling call volume, and directing calls within the company. This fully remote position requires experience in a remote/call center environment and offers a temporary project with a start date in late September 2026.

You will handle inbound calls, transfer them to the proper queues, follow approved scripts, and meet QA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• 1-2 years call center sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
• Transfer calls to proper queues or individuals easily.
• Follow the LIG call script for each partnership and call.
• Meet QA requirements for call compliance and DNC requests.
