Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a remote call center representative to support our sales team as a frontline contact. This temporary position handles inbound calls, transfers to the right queues, and follows scripted guidance to generate opportunities while meeting QA standards.

Required: 1+ year customer service, strong typing, and basic computer skills; 1–2 years in call center sales with a proven remote-work track record. Shifts are 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm EST.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and at least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• 1-2 years of call center sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from customers.
• Transfer calls to proper queues or individuals.
• Follow the LIG call script for each partnership and call.
• Meet QA requirements and comply with DNC list requests.
