Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, a division of Gallagher, is seeking remote call center representatives to support our sales team by handling inbound calls, routing inquiries, and generating opportunities. This temporary remote role runs 9am-6pm EST and 10am-7pm EST, with equipment provided, from 9/28/26 to 1/15/2027.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of customer service experience, strong typing and basic computer skills, and 1–2 years of call center sales experience.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• 1–2 years Call center sales experience and proven success in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
• Transfer calls to proper queues or individuals.
• Follow the LIG call scripts for partnerships and calls.
• Meet QA requirements and comply with DNC requests.
