Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, through its LIG division, seeks call center representatives to support our sales team in converting inquiries, handling call volume, and directing calls within the company. This is a fully remote, contingent position with shifts aligned to EST.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a call center sales environment, strong typing and basic computer skills, and a proven ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong typing and basic computer skills.
• 1–2 years call center sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls including transferred sales leads and calls from current and potential customers.
• Must be able to transfer these calls to the proper queues or individuals easily.
• Follow the LIG proper call script for each type of partnership and call we receive and make.
• Meet Quality Assurance Requirements for call compliance. Ensuring DNC List compliance requests.
