Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Reside and practice in California.
• Minimum of 4 years of California employment law experience.
• Current in-house or law firm employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation matters, including research, motion practice, pleadings, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of California employment law claims from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Take and defend depositions and support all phases of the litigation process.
• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and participate in settlement negotiations.
