Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CA Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of California employment law experience.
• Experience handling employment litigation including research, motions, pleadings, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of California employment law claims from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents in compliance with CA law.
• Take and defend depositions and support all phases of litigation when settlements fail.
• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and participate in settlement negotiations.
