Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume portfolio of California employment law claims from pre-litigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents per California law.
• Take and defend depositions and support all phases of the litigation process when settlement is not possible.
• Evaluate claims, develop case strategy, and participate in settlement negotiations and other dispute resolution efforts.
• Independently manage assigned matters with minimal supervision while providing strategic legal support to the client.
