Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a customer-facing role focused on coaching clients through best practices, training, and ongoing support for CAD/CAM and engineering software. The candidate will work with Microvellum Toolbox or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools, explaining complex ideas clearly to users at all levels, and collaborate with content teams to prioritize documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

Experience in similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to both power users and clients who are new to software.
Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

Coach clients through best practices and industry questions to make libraries more accurate and easier to use.
Train and support clients, and collaborate with Content Creation to identify training materials and docs they need.
Adjust approach for clients at different skill levels and provide extra support for adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
Document progress, issues, and fixes so the wider support team has full context.
Identify library setup, configuration, and usage issues and relay feedback to development and content teams.
