Job summary

INNERGY is hiring for a client-focused role in the United States to coach clients through best practices, validate product data, and help them adopt Toolbox and Engineering workflows. You will train and support clients, both in person and remotely, leveraging CAD/CAM software expertise.

Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools is preferred, with the ability to explain complex ideas to users of varying skill levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based tools.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and adoption of Toolbox and Engineering workflows.
• Train and support clients in person and remotely.
• Assist with library setup, configuration, and issue resolution.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
