Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a client-facing role focused on CAD/CAM and design-to-manufacturing software. You will coach clients on best practices, train and support them remotely or in person, and help optimize library management and workflows using Microvellum Toolbox or similar AutoCAD-based tools.

Experience communicating technical concepts clearly is essential, as is the ability to adapt for clients with varying technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users ranging from power users to novices.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and industry questions to improve data libraries.
• Train and support clients on Toolbox, Autodesk-based workflows and related tools.
• Pass client feedback to development and content teams to improve library management.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the wider support team.
