Job summary

INNERGY is hiring a remote-focused client-facing trainer for CAD/CAM/engineering software. You will coach clients, validate product data, and help implement machining rules and design standards.

You will train clients in person or remotely, ensuring they adopt Toolbox and Engineering workflows effectively. You will document progress, relay feedback to product and content teams, and adapt approaches for clients with different technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching clients through best practices in CAD/CAM or engineering software.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to users with varying skill levels.
• Experience training and supporting clients in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and help them adopt workflows.
