Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Customer Success/Training Specialist to empower clients using our CAD/CAM design-to-manufacturing tools. You’ll train, support, and coach clients remotely and in person, helping them optimize data, rules, and standards.

You’ll collaborate with the Content Creation team to tailor training materials, document issues, and relay feedback to product and engineering. Experience in CAD/CAM and AutoCAD-based tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and help validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients; collaborate with Content Creation to tailor training materials and documentation.
• Pass client feedback and recurring issues to development and content teams to improve library management and client experience.
