Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a remote specialist with CAD/CAM experience to support custom manufacturers using our toolbox and AutoCAD-based workflows. You will train clients, validate product data, and help optimize library and engineering processes across diverse projects.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Microvellum Toolbox or similar tools, and can explain technical concepts clearly to power users and clients remotely.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or another AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tool.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices and industry questions to improve libraries and workflows.
• Help clients create and validate product data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients, document progress and feed back to product/content teams.
