Job summary

INNERGY, a remote-first provider of cloud-based ERP for custom manufacturers, seeks a client-focused engineer/trainer to guide customers through CAD/CAM workflows and library management.

You'll coach clients in person and remotely, help validate product data and design standards, and collaborate with the Content Creation team to ensure training materials meet client needs while continuously improving library setup and tooling.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on with Microvellum Toolbox or similar AutoCAD-based tool.
• Ability to explain technical ideas clearly to power users and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coach clients through best practices for library data, machining rules, and design standards.
• Train and support clients in person and remotely; document progress and fixes.
