Job summary

INNERGY is a remote-first company delivering cloud-based ERP software for custom manufacturers. We seek a customer-focused professional with CAD/CAM experience to train and support clients, both online and on-site, helping them adopt Toolbox and engineering workflows.

You will work with engineering and content teams to improve library data, provide clear explanations to users of varying skill levels, and document issues and fixes for ongoing product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in CAD/CAM, engineering software, or architectural millwork.
• Hands-on time with Microvellum Toolbox, INNERGY Engineering, or AutoCAD-based design-to-manufacturing tools.
• Experience training and supporting clients both in person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through best practices and tailor product data to their workflows.
• Train and support clients remotely and in person.
• Collaborate with Content Creation to identify training materials clients need most.
• Identify and communicate library setup and configuration issues to engineering and content teams.
• Document progress, issues, and fixes for the broader support team.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to power users and beginners.
