Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.
• Background in the architectural millwork, cabinetry, or cabinetry-related manufacturing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close, including articulating how CAD/CAM fits within the broader INNERGY ecosystem.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showcasing CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs).
• Guide prospects through engineer‑to‑order and custom manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback on trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events.
