INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to bridge CAD/CAM product design with our custom manufacturing customers. You’ll partner with Sales to pre‑sell CAD/CAM capabilities and translate customer needs into scalable solutions.

In this fully remote role across North America, you’ll lead tailored demonstrations, validate concepts, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to align features with customer workflows. Travel up to 25% to trade shows and customer visits is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Solutions Engineering or sales engineering in manufacturing software
• Background in millwork, cabinetry, or casework preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales to own the technical pre-sales cycle for CAD/CAM, from discovery through close
• Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
• Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
• Guide prospects through how CAD/CAM supports engineer-to-order and custom manufacturing environments
• Support technical validations, proofs-of-concept, and complex deal cycles
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, channeling feedback to Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership
• Continuously refine demo environments, including libraries, renderings, and manufacturing outputs
• Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
