Job summary

INNERGY is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our growing team as the technical bridge between CAD/CAM product and custom manufacturers. You will partner with Sales to articulate CAD/CAM value, lead tailored demonstrations, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions across the INNERGY ecosystem.

We value collaboration and ownership; this remote role supports North America and requires travel up to 25% for trade shows and customer visits.

Qualifications

~3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical consulting within a manufacturing software or CAD/CAM environment preferred
~ Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software (Toolbox, libraries, post-processors) and/or other CAD/CAM-based systems
~ You can make a CNC post-processor sound exciting to a room full of shop owners
~ Willingness to travel up to 25% for trade shows, customer visits, and team events
~ Background in the architectural millwork, casework, or cabinetry industry strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead tailored product demonstrations that showcase CAD-based design, engineering, and manufacturing workflows
Translate customer requirements into scalable CAD/CAM solutions (libraries, automation, production outputs)
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with product capabilities
Represent INNERGY at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
