Job summary

Caris Life Sciences, Inc. in Orange County, California, seeks an Oncology Account Executive to drive territory growth through new account acquisition and expansion of existing relationships, focusing on tumor profiling solutions.

You will build strong clinical and operational relationships with oncologists, pathologists, and other stakeholders, manage the full order lifecycle, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets and promote adoption of Caris molecular profiling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong understanding of oncology practices and molecular diagnostics.
• Knowledge of billing and reimbursement environments.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Drive new account acquisition and organic growth through strategic prospecting, value-based selling, and clinical education.
• Position Caris as a preferred or sole-source provider of tumor profiling and molecular intelligence solutions.
• Meet or exceed revenue, activity, and performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent in-person engagement.
• Coordinate with Client Services, Regional Directors and leadership, and maintain CRM documentation.
• Support adoption of the CMI platform and ensure smooth order lifecycle.
