Job summary

InteLogix, a leading provider of integrated solutions, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support operations with a primary focus in California. The role covers employee relations, training, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance across designated regions.

This is a full-time, exempt position with a remote work option and benefits package including medical, dental and vision. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least 5+ years of HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• Working knowledge of CA wage and hour rules, CFRA/PDL leave, PAGA exposure, and California compliance.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures; maintain employee handbook and policies.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend meetings and seminars.
