Job summary

InteLogix is a leading provider of integrated solutions with a remote-friendly HR Generalist role supporting California employees and other states. You will work with senior HR leadership on employee relations, onboarding, policy implementation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR or related field and 5+ years of HR generalist experience, including CA wage-hour rules and CFRA/PDL. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
• 5+ years of HR generalist experience supporting California employees, including CA wage-hour rules, CFRA/PDL, PAGA exposure, and California-specific compliance.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation, organizational diagnosis, and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR plans and procedures; maintain employee handbook.
• Develop department goals, objectives and systems.
• Conduct new employee orientations; write and revise job descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
• Maintain HR information system records and compile reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
• Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct HR investigations and provide recommendations.
