Job summary

Navigate Power is seeking an energetic sales professional to build a commercial energy client book from remote locations. With access to 110+ supplier relationships and back-office support, you will win, renew, and expand accounts through commission-based earnings.

You will identify opportunities in electricity and natural gas, propose competitive terms, and leverage additional energy solutions like solar and storage as client needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales success in a B2B environment.
• Ability to generate business and build client relationships.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with capacity to manage a full sales pipeline remotely.
• Experience in energy procurement or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and network-building.
• Engage decision-makers (owners, finance leaders, facility teams) around energy budgets.
• Analyze bills and usage to identify savings opportunities and craft recommendations.
• Present proposals clearly, detailing terms, pricing differences, and market conditions.
• Introduce solar, EV charging, and energy efficiency projects when aligned with client needs.
• Lead opportunities from discovery to proposal and contract signature.
• Maintain pipeline and pursue renewals and referrals.
