Job summary

Navigate Power is seeking energetic sales professionals to build a commercial energy client book across 110+ supplier relationships with uncapped commissions and complete remote flexibility as an independent contractor.

You will help commercial and industrial clients compare electricity and natural gas offers, identify savings, and expand accounts with additional energy projects, from solar to storage, while managing your own pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business and manage a pipeline.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfort working remotely as an independent contractor.
• Experience in energy or related sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own pipeline through outreach, referrals, and networks.
• Identify decision-makers and present compelling energy proposals.
• Analyze utility bills and usage to identify savings.
• Explain terms and pricing clearly to clients.
• Expand accounts with renewals and additional energy projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to close deals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting.
