Navigate Power seeks a results-driven energy sales professional to build and manage their own client pipeline. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, compare electricity and natural gas offers, and craft practical recommendations to reduce operating costs for commercial and industrial clients.

You will lead from prospecting to proposal and closing, with uncapped commissions in a remote-friendly, 1099 role. Experience in energy procurement and a strong network are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least two years of B2B sales experience.
• Ability to generate new business and referrals.
• Consultative selling approach with client focus.
• Independent, self-driven work style in a 1099 role.
• Energy procurement experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Generate your own pipeline through direct outreach and referrals.
• Reach decision-makers: business owners, finance leaders, facility teams.
• Review bills and usage to identify savings and tailor recommendations.
• Present electricity and natural gas options with clear terms.
• Propose additional energy solutions when aligned with client priorities.
