Responsibilities include documenting intake information, ensuring data integrity, and leading cross‑functional collaboration to close open items. Strong customer service, data accuracy, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; a 2-year degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years’ experience in legal or customer service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and EMS system.

Responsibilities

• Own the intake data gathering and validation for new matters.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration during the intake process.
• Review and update data in firm systems for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate business records in the firm's database.
• Provide excellent client service throughout the intake cycle.
• Identify and resolve data issues to prevent downstream impact.
