Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–5 years in legal or customer service environment preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent client and customer service abilities; data accuracy focus.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage the intake process for new work (clients/matters) at the firm.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure intake is efficient, accurate, and completed.
• Own requests to open matters in firm systems and move toward billing status.
• Obtain secondary information to progress matters to Open for Billing.
• Verify data accuracy before updating firm systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Research and resolve data issues, minimizing downstream impact.
• Oversee the intake workflow, track outstanding items, and follow up until resolved.
• Maintain current business records in the firm database.
• Provide excellent client service to current and prospective clients.
• Maintain awareness of conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing needs; build relationships with these areas.
