Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Business Intake Liaison to manage the intake of new work and ensure accurate data flows into firm systems. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration across conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

This role may be filled remotely or at any firm location, with responsibilities including data verification, process ownership, and timely resolution of issues to maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in legal or customer service.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, EMS).

Responsibilities

• Own the attorney requests for business to be opened in firm systems and move matters to Open for Time/Open for Billing.
• Evaluate data from multiple functions for accuracy before updating firm systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure intake is efficient and complete.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date business records in the firm database.
• Provide excellent client service and build relationships with stakeholders in intake, conflicts, governance, billing and docketing.
