Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a legal or customer service setting.
• Knowledge of legal terminology and processes is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to assess data accuracy and make sound judgments.

Responsibilities

• Own the attorney requests to open matters in firm systems and gather required intake information.
• Evaluate data from cross-functional areas before updating firm records.
• Research and resolve data accuracy issues to completion.
• Manage the business intake process and follow up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate business records in the firm database.
• Provide excellent client service and support across teams.
• Stay informed about conflicts, information governance, docketing, and billing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
