Job summary

LeadingReach is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth from outbound and inbound leads, booking qualified product demonstrations and handing opportunities to Sales. This is a remote-friendly, individual contributor role reporting to the Business Development Manager.

You will coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, verify accounts when needed, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using CRM systems; Zoho preferred.
• Strong communication and prospecting skills.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 calls a day to a mix of existing customers, inbound leads, and net new contacts.
• Keep every call, note, task, and activity documented in our CRM
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing so outreach lines up with active campaigns and lead lists, and hand off qualified opportunities to Sales.
• Perform user and account verification calls to confirm authorization to access PHI, as needed.
