Job summary

LeadingReach is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive revenue growth. You’ll own outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and book Sales Qualified product demonstrations while handing off well-documented opportunities to Sales.

Remote-friendly role with state-allowed locations, reporting to the Business Development Manager. You’ll verify PHI access, collaborate with Sales and Marketing, and know LeadingReach’s products to fit referral workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales or BDR/SDR experience.
• Hands-on CRM experience (Zoho is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• A self-starter who works independently and takes initiative.
• Detail-oriented and trusted with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 calls a day to a mix of existing customers, inbound leads, and net new contacts.
• Identify sales opportunities and schedule at least 3 Sales Qualified Product Demonstrations per day.
• Document every call, note, task, and activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align outreach with campaigns and lead lists.
• Explain LeadingReach product offerings and their value for a practice’s referral workflow.
• Run product demos for prospects as needed.
• Verify PHI access authorization during calls when needed.
