• Prospecting and lead generation through online research, social media, industry events and networking.
• Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to align with target market and ICP.
• Initiating contact with prospects via cold calls and emails to assess needs.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
• Conducting needs assessments and consultative conversations to tailor AESSEAL solutions.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and ongoing support.
• Managing CRM and sales tools to track lead progression, interactions and outcomes; reporting on KPIs.
