AESSEAL is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead distributor networks and drive growth from a remote, GA-focused base. You will coach sales reps, develop plans, and expand the customer base while aligning with global sales leaders.

You will analyze customer needs, present the value proposition, manage pricing strategies, and oversee regional pipelines in coordination with the leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve key sales objectives by managing multiple distributors and sales team members.
• Lead, inspire, educate and mobilize resources to build a productive sales team.
• Expand customer base by counseling Sales Representatives and distributors.
• Collaborate with Leadership to align and execute company goals.
• Oversee direct reports' pipeline and regional opportunities.
• Maintain pricing strategies to maximize profit and market share.
• Make regular sales calls to key customers to assess needs and opportunities.
