You will research prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and communicate LP's value proposition to accelerate growth. The role includes a structured training program, performance incentives, and ongoing coaching, with a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales, business development, customer acquisition, or revenue-generating experience.
• Experience engaging prospects via outbound outreach (phone and email).
• Ability to build relationships, discover needs, and communicate value.

Responsibilities

• Cold call, email, and prospect businesses to build a qualified pipeline and generate opportunities.
• Qualify prospects through consultative discovery of business challenges and budgets.
• Clearly communicate LP's value proposition and services to drive revenue.
• Own and achieve individual sales goals, including revenue and pipeline targets.
• Maintain CRM records and timely sales notes for follow-up and forecasting.
• Adhere to sales policies and price expectations with integrity.
