Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• College experience preferred but not required if candidate is strong in skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective clients through outbound prospecting (phone, email, events).
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and coordinate hand-off to sales for closing.
• Develop and maintain prospect databases and CRM records with accurate activity tracking.
• Engage with leadership to refine targeting strategies and outreach campaigns.
• Support marketing campaigns and outbound initiatives to generate inbound opportunities.
• Track campaign effectiveness and lead conversion metrics.
