Job summary

Wolfjaw Studios is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive outreach and support engineering-focused client storytelling. You will research prospective game studios and media partners, draft personalized outreach, and document decisions for the team.

You’ll also capture meeting notes, write client case studies, and assist leadership with research and documents, enabling scalable growth and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing for emails and case studies.
• Solid research skills; evaluate sources and summarize relevance.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organization across many prospects.
• Ability to grasp backend systems and explain them clearly.
• Written and oral proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and assess fit for Wolfjaw's services.
• Document reasoning for pursuit or no pursuit for transparency.
• Draft personalized outreach emails and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Capture and share meeting notes; turn notes into client case studies.
• Support leadership with research, documentation, and day-to-day needs.
