Job summary

Day Translations is seeking a client relationship specialist to own account growth and service delivery for clients worldwide. This remote role focuses on proactive outreach, strong communication, and maintaining CRM records to drive repeat business.

You will research clients before outreach, perform outreach calls, identify new opportunities, re-engage inactive accounts, and coordinate with project managers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of translation, localization, and interpreting.
• Strong English and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities
