You will coordinate resources, budgets and deadlines while maintaining clear client communication and negotiating with freelance translators. The role is fully remote with international eligibility and long-term growth in the language services industry.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, business administration and customer service with localization knowledge.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+) and fluency in at least one additional language.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle from evaluating costs to deadlines.
• Maintain clear client communication via email, phone and chat, negotiating deadlines and translator rates.
• Perform quality checks including proofreading and final reviews for accuracy and consistency.
