Job summary

ZEISS Group in North America is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow opportunities in the Clinical and Diagnostic segments. You will translate customer needs into market strategies, create compelling content, and enable the sales team with insights and positioning.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing Communications and executives to launch go-to-market plans, monitor competitors, and support cross-functional teams. Remote, US-wide; travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years in business development, marketing, or sales in FDA-regulated spaces.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow qualified opportunities in North American Clinical and Diagnostic segments.
• Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and use cases.
• Deliver market intelligence and actionable commercial actions.
• Develop product positioning and customer-facing content.
