ZEISS seeks a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive market development and new opportunities in the North American Clinical & Diagnostic segments. You will identify customer needs, shape go-to-market strategies, and enable sales with differentiated content.

You will collaborate with Marketing Communications on campaigns and web content, building relationships with customers, KOLs, and industry partners while navigating FDA regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA/PhD a plus.
• 5+ years in business development, marketing, or sales in FDA-regulated or related spaces.
• Experience in content development and digital marketing.

Responsabilités

• Drive market development and new opportunities for ZEISS in NA Clinical & Diagnostic segments.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, market intelligence, and content for sales enablement.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on campaigns, website publishing, and reach.
• Engage customers and KOLs; analyze market signals and competitive landscape.
